The Delivery Process
Our Premium White Glove Shipping Service offers exceptional convenience and includes:
• Direct pickup from our factory by experienced drivers, ensuring no middleman is involved.
• Careful blanket-wrapping and secure transport of each piece to protect it from damage.
• Our shipping agent will contact you to arrange a delivery within a convenient four-hour window.
• Professional, courteous delivery personnel who will unpack, assemble, and position your furniture exactly where you want it.
• Full removal of all packaging materials so you can enjoy your new furniture without any cleanup.
Preparing for Your Delivery
As the delivery date approaches, you will receive a notification regarding the scheduling of your furniture delivery. It is essential to adhere to the established delivery time, as the delivery team will coordinate their logistics based on your schedule. Please note that rescheduling the delivery may incur an additional charge.
To ensure a smooth delivery, kindly clear the pathway to the designated placement area, including any wall decor or obstacles. The delivery team will place your new furniture in the room of your choice and handle any necessary assembly. However, they cannot move existing furniture or electronics, install lamps or mirrors, or perform any electrical connections. Additionally, they will not remove any existing furniture from your home.
Exceptions and Limitations
White Glove Delivery is available in most areas within the lower 48 states but is not extended to remote or hard-to-access locations, islands, or complex interior delivery sites. Weekend, holiday, and after-hours deliveries may not be available. If you need additional items transported or have multiple deliveries for a single order, you must request and coordinate directly with the shipping agent. Applicable fees will be negotiated between you and the shipper. Changes to the delivery address after shipment will also incur an additional fee. Please contact us about any unique or specific delivery needs at the time of order so we can evaluate and advise on additional charges if applicable.
Please note: Failing to attend your scheduled delivery will result in a rescheduling fee.
At our discretion, smaller items or accessories may ship via UPS or USPS.
Please be advised that all shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Customer Inspection is Required
Upon delivery, you must carefully inspect your furniture, regardless of the shipping method. If you notice any damage, describe it thoroughly on the shipping papers before signing. This includes noting any damage to the boxes, shipping materials, or the furniture itself. Comprehensive documentation is essential; failure to record damage on the shipping papers disqualifies you from filing claims for replacement or refund.
For items with significant damage, we recommend refusing delivery.
Next, take digital photos of the damage. This will be required to request a refund or replacement.
If damage is noted, please email us immediately and attach the photos of the damage to your email. Document any concerns, including minor damages to boxes or shortages. Repair or replacement will be provided at our discretion based on inspection and documentation.
